minecraft downloading resource pack 100% stuck

Hello! I have returned from a very long hiatus of this server. When I log on I see this new game, "Warlords", I immediately connect to one game and it was amazing. I played the game for a whole day, then the next day I couldn't play anymore. The download of the resource pack was stuck. I tried everything to make it download. I disconnected and joined back in, I joined another lobby, switched my "Server Resource Pack" to enabled and prompt, deleted everything from the server-resource-packs folder, deleted that folder and remade it, and I even deleted .minecraft. This was all with no avail. I have had this problem for two days, this is, I believe, a game-breaking bug. I know, for a fact, that many other people have this same problem. I had the pack, magically, and it did not recognize the pack and did not allow me to join.Please fix this bug or remove the part where you have to have the resource pack to play the game.

Fix:
I changed my game to 1.8.3 with no mods. Try it!

Several players are currently experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, for the time being, there is no solution that is a guaranteed fix.

Delete all the texturepacks in there.

I did that already. Doesn't work.

Happened to me as well a few times yesterday.

Tracked it back, and I believe it may have something to do with connection issues... Something that can't be fixed by Hypixel.

Nevertheless, a simple Relog worked for me the few times it happened...

Last time this happened, I was up in the 2000's... Lol.

The issues must be similar. Do you typically get a decent connection?

There must be a corrilation between both problems, but what? Some outside data from others would help. Know anybody else with this issue, or who has had so in the past?

There are a ton of people with this issue... one of the stickied posts has a whole bunch..

I've had the same problem. I started a thread about this problem, but no one knows how to fix it. There are currently no solutions to this problem. @Hypixel I highly suggest that you allow players to join Warlords matches without the resource pack until this bug is fixed.

I, and two friends at my school, as well as my brother all have this issue! We can't join ANY games of Warlords, even though we eventually get the pack!

May I suggust redownloading it until you succusfully get past that "100%" screen?

It could just be a bug in minecraft itself... Perhaps some sort of corruption.

What would cause that to occur I don't know. Make sure you're on the right version, and if you are, try changing the version

If this isn't too personal, what country do you guys live in?

I can only play at school. My brother can't play at home. Two of my school friends can only play at home, not at school.

This once again hints that connection issues may be a problem. Schools typically have low levels of connection, along with heavy traffic, making for a busy environment.

Then again, the school's programming could simply prevent downloading of information from third parties, but that doesn't branch out to explain other's issues...

My school's wifi is godly ;-;
I get 72 ping, while at home I only get 86, even with our fiber-optic wifi.
